| Light Drawings are time exposure photographs. I set up a scene and photograph people waving a neon tube. The light accumulates on the film with interesting and amazing results. They are an amalgamation of time and space. This work blurs the line between sculpture, installation, performance and photography. My older light drawings were typically sited for a specific reason; location, location, location. A year and a half ago as I was finishing up a sculptural installation I thought it looked like a good place for a light drawing. I have been hooked on this since.
